Alby’s Sandwiches x Gleneagles Townhouse

PR invite // All thoughts and opinions are, of course, my own.

I must say that I love a breakfast event. I am such a morning person so getting up early to attend a cosy event at Gleneagles Townhouse of all place, really was such a treat. It was made even better since Alby’s Sandwiches have created a new breakfast item for The Spence restaurant at Gleneagles Townhouse, which will be available from tomorrow, 1st November, until the end of the year, 30th December.

The sandwich is so tasty and has quite a festive feel to it since the lovely focaccia bread is filled with pork and sage porchetta, cranberries, celeriac + apple remoulade, The Spence brown sauce, rocket and matchstick crisps. Even though it is not even November yet, soon but not yet, this sandwich felt like such a friendly invitation to preview the festive season. The flavours are well put together, with a nice combination of textures and everything feels so fresh.

I have probably mentioned this many times before when I have had the pleasure of both stay at and attend various events at Gleneagles Townhouse, but I think they are doing such a marvellous job at their offerings and it is always a pleasure to visit the building. Don’t even get me started on how stunning the interior design and old building features are…

It’s great to see Gleneagles Townhouse collaborating with local businesses like Alby’s – especially when it is this tasty!
