Eve at Virgin Hotels is finally opening its doors and offering a relaxed space for cocktails, food and music. I’ll definitely have to come back for a brunch.
Ahead of Edinburgh Cocktail Week I got the opportunity to visit some of their partner bars to try some exclusive ECW cocktails!
Montpelier is currently offering Hiveballs with Wemyss Malt which is such a refreshing tipple and I got the chance to try it today.
The Cocktail Mafia is such a lovely place for cocktails and the location, glassware and flavours really make it all a wonderful experience!
The Raging Bull has released their new summer menu and I went along to a Cocktail Masterclass to make two of them myself!
