Had a lovely day trip to Fife to check out Kingsbarns & Darnleys Gin Distillery. A perfect combination of gin and whisky!
These sure are some strange and uncertain times due to COVID-19 and it is good to see the distillery make an effort to open up safely again!
The other day I was lucky enough to be invited to a trade visit to Lindores Abbey! A piece of whisky history that is once more distilling.
It’s here! The first whisky distillery open to the public in Edinburgh for about 100 years and it’s also a short walk from the city centre.
