So excited to share my experience of the newly reopened Glenkinchie Distillery just outside of Edinburgh. One of the best distilleries I’ve visited!

These sure are some strange and uncertain times due to COVID-19 and it is good to see the distillery make an effort to open up safely again!
The other day I was lucky enough to be invited to a trade visit to Lindores Abbey! A piece of whisky history that is once more distilling.
I’m so glad that we had the time to stop by Gävle and Mackmyra distillery on our recent trip to my home country of Sweden!
It’s here! The first whisky distillery open to the public in Edinburgh for about 100 years and it’s also a short walk from the city centre.
On our Summer Holiday to Speyside we spontaneously decided to book a tour at Glenfiddich Distillery as we were passing by!
Considering I missed out on Aberlour Distillery on my first visit to Speyside last year, I was really keen to go this time around!
Aberfeldy Distillery is tucked away in a scenic location in the Highlands about a 2 hour drive from Edinburgh and has some lovely whisky!
After work on a dark Tuesday evening I took the train up to Pitlochry to meet up with my friends and visit Blair Athol Distillery!
Since the The Macallan had recently reopened their new distillery experience just a few months before our trip to Speyside, we just couldn’t resist booking a tour.
